Privacy Policy

Last updated July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy for Data With Drew LLC, doing business as Analyst Gym (“we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share (“process”) your personal information when you use our Services, including when you visit analystgym.com, join our waitlist, or engage with us in marketing or other ways.

In short: For our waitlist, we collect only your email address (plus basic technical and analytics data). We use it to notify you when we launch. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and you can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing support@analystgym.com.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you have questions or concerns, contact us at support@analystgym.com.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you join our waitlist, register for an account, express interest in our products and Services, or contact us. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Email addresses
  • Your name (if you create an account or contact us)
  • Basic profile details from your Google or Facebook sign-in (name, email address, and profile picture)
  • Optional details you choose to provide, such as your role or job title
  • Contact preferences

We do not process sensitive personal information (such as race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation).

Payment data

We do not currently sell paid plans. If and when we offer them, our payment processor, Stripe, will collect and store the data necessary to process your payment (such as your payment card number and security code). We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves. You may review Stripe’s privacy notice at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Information automatically collected

When you visit or use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical information that does not, on its own, reveal your identity. This includes your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, an approximate location (such as your country) derived from your IP address, and information about how and when you use the Services. This information is used mainly to keep the Services secure and operational and for our internal analytics. Our web analytics (via Cloudflare) are cookieless and do not track you across other sites.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your personal information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, to communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. Specifically, we process your information to:

  • Add you to our waitlist and notify you when we launch or when relevant updates occur;
  • Facilitate account creation, authentication, and account management;
  • Deliver the Services you request;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide support;
  • Send you administrative information, such as changes to our terms and policies;
  • Process payments if you choose to purchase a paid plan;
  • Protect the vital interests of an individual, such as to prevent harm.

We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

3. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On?

We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law.

If you are located in the EU or UK

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases: consent (which you can withdraw at any time); performance of a contract with you; compliance with our legal obligations; and protection of your or another person’s vital interests.

If you are located in Canada

We process your information with your express or implied consent, which you can withdraw at any time. In limited exceptional cases permitted by law — for example, fraud detection and prevention, investigations, or where required to comply with a subpoena or court order — we may process information without consent.

4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

Service providers (sub-processors)

We share personal information with third-party vendors who perform services for us and need access to your information to do so. Each is bound by contract to process your information only on our instructions. They include:

  • Supabase — database hosting and storage of your waitlist and account data;
  • Resend — sending transactional and notification emails;
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics;
  • Stripe — payment processing, if and when you purchase a paid plan.

Business transfers

We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

5. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

Our Services let you register and log in using your Google or Facebook account. When you choose to do this, we receive basic profile information from that provider — typically your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive or access your contacts or friends list.

We use this information only for the purposes described in this notice. Your relationship with the provider is governed by their terms and privacy notice, which we recommend you review.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (such as tax or accounting requirements). We will not keep your personal information for longer than thirty-six (36) months past the termination of your account. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process it, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security. Transmission of personal information to and from the Services is at your own risk.

8. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to delete the data. If you believe we may have collected such information, please contact us at support@analystgym.com.

9. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws — including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us as described below, or visit https://analystgym.com/support.

Withdrawing consent: If we are relying on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

Account information: You can review or change your account information, or request account termination, at any time. Upon your request to terminate, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, or comply with legal requirements. Questions about your privacy rights can be sent to support@analystgym.com.

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. Because no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this notice.

If you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know whether we process your personal data, to access and correct it, to request a copy, to request deletion, to opt out of certain processing (such as targeted advertising, sale, or profiling), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
