Questions about Pro

  • What's free and what's in Pro?

    The daily drill, every past drill and your skill profile are free, and always will be. A Pro membership gets you access to every course, including each new one as it launches.

  • How many courses are there?

    Pro starts with three courses, and we add one or two new ones a month, building toward 13 or more. Every Pro plan, including the lifetime pass, gets each new course the day it launches.

  • How much is Pro?

    There's a monthly plan and a founding yearly plan. Founding members keep their yearly price as long as they stay subscribed. Prices include tax, so what you see is what you pay.

  • What does lifetime include?

    Every course, current and future, for as long as Analyst Gym runs. AI feedback works the same way as it does for every member.

  • How do I cancel?

    In your Account, under Membership, choose Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

  • How do I switch between monthly and yearly?

    In your Account, under Membership, choose Manage subscription, then switch plan. A founding price can't be switched without giving it up.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Yes, within 7 days of any payment, for any reason, renewals and the lifetime pass included. Email support@analystgym.com and we'll refund it in full. After 7 days we don't refund, but you can cancel any time and keep Pro until your paid period ends. A double charge or billing error is always refunded. One refund per person.

  • Why does my statement say LINK.COM?

    Link, from Stripe, processes Analyst Gym payments and handles sales tax for us, so your statement shows LINK.COM followed by Analyst Gym.

  • How do I get a receipt to expense it?

    Link emails a receipt after every payment, with a PDF attached. You can also find every receipt at link.com.

  • What if my payment fails?

    We'll try again over the next few days and email you. You keep access meanwhile. Update your card in your Account, under Membership, with Manage subscription.

  • Who do I contact about billing?

    Email support@analystgym.com first, for billing or anything else. Link support at support.link.com can also help with a payment itself.
